This method, which aims to enhance soil vitality and terroir expression, gives rise to elegant, subtle, and deeply profound wines. Some are Demeter certified, others are organic certified; all reflect a shared pursuit of sincerity and harmony.
A Vineyard Driven by the Biodiversity of the Uchaux Massif
The winegrower’s path reveals plots scattered among Mediterranean oaks and pines. This unique location in the Rhône Valley naturally protects the vines, promotes biodiversity, and offers a mosaic of environments conducive to the expression of great grape varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc.
The richness of the massif and the alchemy of the terroir are also reflected in a very fine organic olive oil, produced from the estate’s olive grove.
