Bistro Madi and the restaurant Le M have now come together as a single venue overlooking our 10-hectare park. One spirit, one Chef, and an organic, seasonal cuisine that celebrates nature and flavor.

The restaurant Le M at Château de Massillan invites you to enjoy a natural and inventive dining experience, crafted from our organic vegetable garden and seasonal produce. Each dish by Sébastien Nouveau, full of freshness and contrast, offers a festival of colors and flavors that remain in perfect harmony with their surroundings.

The dining room of Château de Massillan’s restaurant in Uchaux offers a modern setting, adorned with striking green tones visible through the large picture windows overlooking the magnificent park, its avenue of century-old plane trees, and its bucolic pond.

When the beautiful summer evenings of southern France arrive, the restaurant moves to the inner courtyard around the fountain. It is the perfect place to savor refined dishes in a unique, timeless atmosphere.
