At the helm of Château de Massillan, Didier Perréol embodies a unique story. The son of a farmer, a passionate self-taught individual, he has built his life around a deep conviction: organic is not a trend, but a true philosophy of life.
A pioneer in introducing quinoa to France, he has always sought to connect respect for the land with innovation.
With his wife Marie, who shares the same sensibility, they have transformed Château de Massillan into a place where well-being and expertise converge. Together, they nurture a heartfelt project: to offer each guest an experience that is authentic, sensory, and deeply respectful of nature.
